Yes, as long as they have their own insurance.
Can I bring in my own caterer?
No, our fire pits are for decorative purposes only.
Can we do smores over the fire pits?
Yes, however Bell Manor will provide the day of coordination.
Can I hire a wedding planner to help me plan the wedding?
The day of coordinator is responsible for the timeline. The coordinator will evaluate and manipulate the schedule as needed throughout the day. At Bell Manor our team also has a greeter to show guests where to go, we light candles (if needed) and we do a final look through to make sure extra items aren’t left out that don’t belong.
What is a day of coordinator?
Yes.
Does Bell Manor provide a day of coordinator?
No. This is for your protection and to limit any confusion on who is doing what.
Can I hire my own day of coordinator?
Yes we do. Once you book with Bell Manor we will send this to you if requested.
