Available Options:
Timed Bar (Most Popular)

  • Choose from 1 or 2 hour Open Bar then it will be a Cash Bar


Open Bar

  • You will pay bill at the end of the night


Cash Bar

  • There is a $10.00 per person deposit for the cash bar. What your guests spend you will get back (for example: if you have a final count of 100 people the deposit would be $1000.00. You will get a refund of the amount they spend up to your deposit amount.)


With the Open and Timed Bar options you can limit the open bar to beer and wine. If your guests want liquor, they will be able to purchase it themselves. We accept cash, credit/debit, and venmo.

Bar Rules:

  1. Beer, wine, and Liqour will be available no matter the option you choose. You can choose from the 3 options

  2. Bar will close at 10:00p, (No exceptions)

  3. Bartender has the right to refuse service to anyone

  4. Must be 21 years old to drink at Bell Manor. Anyone who tries to give an underage person alcohol will be asked to leave immediately.

  5. Absolutely No outside alcohol on Bell Manor premises. If caught there is a $500.00 fine. (State of Ohio law)

  6. A credit card must be on file for the Open and Timed Bar options.
